REFUND & SHIPPING POLICIES
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All products marked for professional use are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
All Shipping estimates are based from the creation of the shipping label.
Standard Free Shipping within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) is typically 2-3 business days. Shipping Within Ontario & Quebec 3-4 business days.
Standard Free Shipping to Manitoba & Maritimes 5-6 business days.
Standard Free Shipping to Saskatchewan, Alberta & British Columbia 5-7 business days.

If you are returning/shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not offer Free Shipping on International Orders at this time. All pricing is shown in Canadian dollars. All duties and additional taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
Shipping methods on International Shipping is typically done through FedEx or UPS and shipping costs will be calculated at Check Out.
